Infinite quests on the upcoming elder scrolls game?? No way, that's awesome!

That was my first thought when I read the article about the game. I even thought perhaps I should finally give in and get the 360. But... is infinite questing really all that good? I like to be able to finish at least a good portion of the game. I know Oblivion has the center/main quest that doesn't even have to be completed to be able to enjoy the game. But there does seem to be an end to the side quests. I think I would start playing skyrim and after 6 months wake up and be like what the hell was that for - I haven't even scratched the surface of this game? Nah, I don't think I like this infinite quest thing. I'm too much for the light at the end of the tunnel kind of person when it comes to gaming.

And really how many times can you collect 20 of "insert animal, plant, or object here" before it starts getting old?

It's August!! Summer is beginning to wind down, the cool breezes are starting to pick up. The garden is giving and the chickens are laying! I'm not looking forward to the cold! At least this year I have a nice, toasty wood stove to warm up next to.

I was supposed to go to Hawaii with my parents in a couple months. My dad was going on business for a month, but the trip got cancelled due to the economy still being in the pits.  I'm set on going somewhere though. Looking up some cruises now - I  travelzoo! Hmmm.. Jamaica, Bahamas, Bermuda oh my! I've been to Freeport and Nassau with Carnival. I've also been on a Disney Cruise a few years back to St John and some other islands that I can't recall. Anyone have some good ideas that won't make me broke?

I had my first underwater shoot today! It was quite the experience! There are so many more things that you have to think about when you're modeling under water. The movement of the fabric/dress, the hair, staying submerged, keeping your eyes open, oh and can't forget breathing :dizzy:! I think I swallowed/inhaled my fair share of chlorine today. I definitely need a bit more practice as I was all over the place. I suppose it doesn't help that I hardly ever swim. I'm glad that it was a first time for the photographer's as well - a learning experience for all of us.

Good thing a cop didn't pull me over on my way home. Because I probably looked as high as a kite with my gnarly bloodshot eyes ! But it was fun and I can't wait to do it again. Whispers are that the group I shot with today is going to do it again in September :fingerscrossed:.  I should be getting photos back in the next couple days that I can post up and share ;-)

Meanwhile I still have photos to go through from my last two shoots and edit - busy, busy! :psychotic:

Since it's too humid to really work outside, I'll be staying in and working on photos all day. First - going through my DA account today and deleting a lot of my photos that have low view counts. Also making more folders dedicated to my modeling photos. Then I think I'll upload more photos that I've received from photographers that they've finished editing. Finally, I will probably spend hours working on picking out and editing some of the photos from my last shoot. I have over 600 pictures to choose from!!

In the mean time, I'm making a giant heap of bread dough that will serve as the starter to many more loaves :-) It shall be a good night :D
